8/20/21 - I came in during the 2021 Rocky Mountain Hog Rally and seen this 2021 CVO Road Glide and no matter how hard I tried to ignore that it was calling my name It made me take it home the next day. Taylor and his team made this buying experience the best I have ever encountered. They gave me the best trade in value on my 2016 limited that anyone could do, (That I guarantee!!!) There are a number of good quality Moto and HD dealerships out there. However, the down to earth but extremely attentive staff at Durango HD is the best Ive experienced. I was told that the 4 hour drive away from my hometown would be worth it.... and it was. Big thanks to Taylor and all the crew!

Barely rolling in on a dead battery the parts guy found the battery I needed for my custom bike quickly and got it swapped out in the parking lot only to find out about a day and a half later that my voltage regulator was shot! The service manager, Eric, got me right in without any delay and had me back on the road in about an hour and at a reasonable price, especially with the spot I was in I would have paid whatever they wanted, but price was fair and the mechanic that was tasked with the job was super quick and thorough!! Bama a manager there was awesome and Eric is second to none!!! If you're traveling and have an issue anywhere near this shop, get there and they will take excellent care of whatever your needs are, truly the best experience I've ever had at any HD dealership! Highly recommend and appreciate the great people there!!!

Out here to Ride the San Juan Mountain Skyway Loop. INCREDIBLE !! Ever wonder why they call it "AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL" ?!?! Now yyaaa know... Anyway, lost a hi-way peg, limped into Durango HD, on a Sunday ! Yes, "I said Sunday" ...Nick, in Parts was there, helped me out, hooked me up. Nick is a True HD Gentlemen, turned a few a screws for me, helped me out BIGTIME ! as I have just come off knee replacement surgery & can't really bend, kneel & twist...Thanks Nick !!

I want to thank Durango Harley Davidson for being real pros. We picked up our rental bikes on Saturday, the biggest day of the Four Corners Motorcycle Rally that they sponsor.In the middle of all the packed on site events Mary got us set up on our Harleys explained everything and had us out riding in no time. She recommended the perfect restaurant in town and went above and beyond in attitude, knowledge and customer service.Trevor Bird, the owner and general manager runs a great shop and you can tell he cares about his customers and his business.The first new Harley I purchased was a 1978 Super Glide 1200 shovel head. I bought it at a small town dealership in Oklahoma and the experience and service was great, it's one of the things I remember most about owing that bike. I can't think of a better small town dealership to buy at now than Durango Harley.

After flying in to Denver from Seattle and on day two of a scheduled 5 day ride on rented bikes from Mile High HD we broke down in Durango. Turns out that was our lucky day. We road to Pikes Peak and down to Monta Vista on day one. after that day of riding we were so excited about the next few days and could hardly sleep. We then road to Durango for breakfast and a scheduled stop at the Durango Harley dealership. we had breakfast and started for our next stop and the bike was smoking. Fortunate for us we were just one mile from Durango HD. We got to the dealership and sought out the service department for help. The service manager dropped what he was doing in what seamed like minutes and checked out our bike. told me we were not going anywhere on that bike. (BUMMER) We had the Million Dollar Highway and San Juan bypass planned for the next two days. Needless to say we were devastated. Then it happened, the owner Trevor Bird showed up and listened to our problem. He immediately contacted Eagle rider in Aurora, Mile High HD. Within in vary short time Trevor had made arrangements for us to use one of his personal bikes so we could continue on our way. Needless to say we were all blown away. Let me also say this, we were treated like we were the only customers there. His staff's attitude was extreamly professional throughtout the ordeal. There just aren't words to describe how impressed we were with how we were treated. The attention and actions by this dealership has greatly enhanced our loyalty to Harley Davidson Motorcycles! For anyone reading this that wonders if they should own one of these awesome bikes, trust me you don't just get a bike you get a family. For that's exactly how we felt with Durango Harley Davidson dealership and by it's owner Trevor Bird and his wonderful staff. Thank you so much Trevor.

While on vacation we were heading home when the clutch actuator took a dump as we were cresting the summit at 12000 feet headed south to Silverton, Co. The nearest servicing dealer is Durango HD about 80 miles away. We made it to the dealership by about noon and were quickly assisted by the service dept manager and parts dept. They assed the problem, determined that my bike was under an active HD recall for a bad clutch actuator, determined that they had the recall repair kit in stock and set to work fixing the problem. Everyone at the store was very friendly during our approx. three hour wait and were back on the road. Great job Durango HD and thanks for being there when we needed you.

A BIG shout out to your service department. We arrived late afternoon from Oklahoma and I was having a problem with my cruse control not releasing when I applied the foot brake. I had to use the hand break and when I did got a lot of static in my headset. A quick look by the service crew determined it the was rear break light switch. They changed it out for me on my HOT bike and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. THANKS GUYS! Headed to Silverton. CO.

A big Ozark thank you to Slade Boyher in service. After a 2 day trip from Arksnsas to Durango (trailered our 2014 ultra) we had a dead bike. Slade treated us like we mattered and our service problem received 1st class service to get us on the road. He was careful to explain the "transport mode" to prevent a future problem. Going to this dealership was like going to our local dealer and receiving 1st class treatment. Many kudos to Slade and the helpful staff at Durango Harley. There are so many beautiful rides to take in this area to include the million dollar hwy. We will be back and will stop in again to see our new friends at Durango harley.

We were in Durango on vacation and went in to look around my wife has riden with me for 5 yrs and has been wanting a trike we found a FLRT and spoke to Spencer after looking and discussing things we bought the bike. We were on a ten day trip through the rocky mountains on our bike and stopped in to get a shirt and look around and they had a vivid black street glide special on the show room floor. I was looking at the bike and talking to their salesman Josh about the bike and our bike. They treated me very fairly on my trade so we decided that we would purchase the bike. We finished the deal with Josh's boss Spencer who was outstanding to work with. We picked up our bike on Tuesday and scheduled the 1000 mi. service for Friday at 1pm. We rode it all over the Rockies and were back in Durango for the service on Friday. Slade and his service department did a very fine and thorough job with the service. Our entire experience with the dealership was outstanding and we couldn't have asked for anything more! this is what a dealership is supposed to be like. Thanks again, Clint

I want to start by saying Im not a personal friend of ANYONE at Durango Harley. Ive purchased many bikes over the last 20 years and yet this is my first Harley. Ive been in the business world most of my life (after college) and been both in sales and purchasing. I am employed by a Durango company who made Outside Magazines top 100 places to work (2015) and am an employee owner of said company. That being said we are a global company built and raised here in Durango. We are a global company built almost entirely on the level of service we provide to our customers throughout the world so I feel I know just a little something about customer service and treating people right. I recently purchased a brand new 2015 HD Sportster 48 and am ABSOLUTELY blown away with the service that Durango HD has provided me. These guys and gals have gone above and beyond to not only make this deal happen but afterwards. Offering to even pick up my bike and/or give me a lift during my work schedule to install some aftermarket items. This is a deal with a level of service Ive rarely seen in this day and age and they are not only true to their HD roots, they are a tried and true Durango company maintaining a small town feel when its easy to let that go for the sake of a quick sale. Outstanding people all the way to the front counter gals, service guys, and a sales staff second to NONE. To the previous Yelp reviewer Id second the fact that if your tire was that damaged you shouldnt have ridden all that way (dangerous) and then expect to pull up to a franchise dealer (as all HD dealers are) and expect service on that bike. Its extremely expensive $125K + just to buy into a franchise and they do have rules to follow. I question whether they sent you on your way as just today I dropped off my bike to have some more aftermarket installs and was told their shop was booked up today so they could focus on an out of town rider (Ohio I think) who rode in with a large group and needed to get back on the road. They dedicated their staff and service department to get a fellow rider back on the road. THAT is service and Ill gladly pick up my bike another day. Thank you Durango HDThis one will be paid off as fast as possible and Im already eyeing my next ride. When you walk in and see the Golden Level Service stickers on the door (I think thats what it is called) you should do some homework. They dont give those out. I will not buy a bike, parts, or service elsewhere.

While on vacation in May we visited and made purchases at your HD Durango store. After leaving, about an hour down the road I realized that I had left my handbag in the ladies room. A quick call to HD confirmed that an employee had found my handbag and we quickly returned to retrieve it. The handbag contained all my vacation money and credit cards and absolutely everything was there. Not only that, the ladies involved would not accept a reward. A special thanks to Kathy P, Lottie, and Jodell for honesty and integrity. I was so lucky that they were the ones who found the bag, otherwise the outcome could have been quite different. This couldn't have turned out better for me!

On 06-09-15, I was passing thru Durango on the way to a Blue Knights conference in Prescott, AZ. During the trip, the security system light came on indicating some sort of issue. I pulled in to the service area and was immediately greeted by a service tech (I forgot his name but remember he had a tattoo "Bohdi" or similar on his arm). He immediately began checking the error codes on the bike and determined the issue. Within a few minutes, he had removed the seat and checked the security system antenna that may have come loose during a recent service at my home dealer. Taking time from what he is doing to help a traveler passing through was much appreciated and is what draws people to dealers such as yours. Please thank "Bohdi" again for me and sorry for forgetting his name.

Traveling through Durango from Florida and had a major problem with my bike. Slade and the other mechanics went way over the top to get the bike diagnosed, parts ordered and over nighted for next day delivery, repairs were made and we were back riding in less than a day and a half. I have owned bikes for over 40 years and have never experienced this kind of quality service! I cannot express how pleased I was with the Durango HD team. HD should be proud!

This is one of the best Harley dealership's and owner I ever had a chance to deal with since I have been riding 19 years ago. My wife and I were visiting friends in Colorado, and we were going to be riding, but I forgot to bring the backrest for my wife so she could ride. I called the HD Durango dealership and spoke to Trevor the owner and he offered a backrest and a demo seat to use while we were in Durango. I wanted to rent the items and he refused, we were lent the backrest for 3 days and Trevor would not take anything for using it. This is why I'm a dedicated Harley rider...we help each other out and don't expect anything in return. Thank you, Trevor, I will pass along your dealership as a great place to do business.
